Terms & Conditions
Warranty: By engaging in the services of Four Engines Apparel, the client warrants that the content and information provided to Four Engines Apparel will not infringe upon any copyrights, designs, logos and trademarks and will be legally obtained and holds Four Engines Apparel harmless for any breech of this warranty. Stock photos purchased by Four Engines Apparel that is/are included in the final design shall not belong to the client and may not be used for any other media whatsoever, unless purchased and provided by the client directly. The client holds Four Engines Apparel harmless for any breach of this warranty.
Supplied Goods: Due to the irregularity of some items a mannequin may be required to best place the logo and actual placement may vary from the proof sent. If there are limitations like seams, inside pockets, zippers, etc. interfering with the logo going on the left or right chest, it will be proofed for the left sleeve. Four Engines will use their professional opinion on the final placement of each logo or refuse the item in question. Any dissatisfaction with the final work may result in a refund of the embroidery charges only, not the cost of the supplied items. Any damage created by the embroidery work will result in a refund of the embroidery work and the cost of the damaged item. Four Engines Apparel is not responsible for any stains or tears on supplied garments except those cause by the embroidery work itself.
Proof Approval: Proofs are made based on the content and information provided by the client to Four Engines Apparel. The proof is for an approximate visual representation of the final product. Specifications of logo size(s), ink color(s), thread color(s), garment color(s) and any other special requests will be listed on the proof. The client is responsible for reviewing specifications and details and requesting edits before approval. The client cannot claim a misprint if the product was produced to the specifications of the approved proof and will hold Four Engines Apparel harmless and reimburse for the additional cost of the reprint. Approval can be submitted only in writing by email or signature of proof. Text or verbal approval is not allowed.
Pricing & Invoicing: Pricing on orders is an approximation based on the current cost of materials and level of information provided; pricing is subject to change. A price quote will be valid for 10 business days. Once approved, the quote will be converted into an invoice with a due date based on the date of payment. All invoices are due upon receipt unless specified by other terms. Invoices not paid within 15 business days of the due date will be considered late and the order abandoned unless specified by other terms. All projects resurrected from abandonment are subject to an updated quote and invoice. Rush orders are reviewed case by case and will incur a 20%-40% increase.
Changes & Cancellation: Proof changes AFTER approval are subject to a new price quote, invoice and due date. Garment changes AFTER payment, but BEFORE materials are ordered will be accommodated case by case. Garment changes AFTER payment and AFTER materials are ordered will be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
